The Coaches at Bodyshop training Center consider every participant in our program an athlete…whether you believe you are one or not. We treat you like an athlete, we train you like an athlete and we will work you like an athlete.
We expect you to train hard, be focused, sweat lots, suck air and kick butt. We want you to be fitter than last year, last month, and fitter than yesterday.
